Why could Michael Brown be Mabus?
Michael Brown was the former director of FEMA.
In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, he handled the situation poorly. Witnesses claimed food, water and fuel was denined or turned back. FEMA workers were caught cutting emergency lines. Medical workers were stopped from saving lives and fire fighters were sent to a sexual harassment seminar.
He resigned from his post in FEMA and is facing allegations that he had falsified portions of his résumé.
